The short answer is if you are purchasing or selling a home, RUN do not walk to Jasmine and Ricci at GetJLT! You will be extremely happy that you did. When I first contacted Jasmine about selling my home, I had a plan but also a literal mountain of questions and huge anxiety to go along with, especially at the prospect of having to simultaneously carry two houses: the one I was building and the one I was selling. Jasmine and Ricci both got to work straight away easing my fears and supporting me throughout the entire process with encouragement, useful information and tips, and finally...expert marketing and sale of the house once it was ready.
